Full title: There are more answers than questions: a literature review of questioning and inquiry-based learning

Authors: Dr Jamie Wood, Senior Lecturer, School of History and Heritage, University of Lincoln: http://staff.lincoln.ac.uk/jwood and Professor Philippa Levy, Pro Vice-Chancellor – Student Learning, University of Adelaide: http://www.adelaide.edu.au/directory/philippa.levy

Context: This literature review of research into questioning and inquiry-based learning was put together in 2009 but was never published. We have decided to publish it now (with some minor updates and editing) as it contains some valuable materials and could act as the basis for future research into the role of questioning in learning in higher education. We encourage readers to offer comments on this blog or social media channels, especially through providing links to additional resources or papers. Any questions can be directed to Jamie Wood (jwood@lincoln.ac.uk).

Date of publication: 28th July 2015
